Honestly nothing to complain about. Delicious coffee and tea at breakfast. Spotless and huge units with nice bathroom, a glass of sparkling, for instance. Incredible and comfortable location, a couple of blocks away from Main Disco 

By and large, it was excellent home base for sightseeing in Lisbon, had much fun and met service-oriented and professional staff in particular Francisco the general manager. A TV area, a fireplace, and an ornate ceiling in my superior queen room 

The location was incredible, to cais de sodre metro station with easy access to a mini market and a main shopping street. We were upgraded to stylish standard queen room with character.

Extremely helpful staff in particular Francisco the general manager, brand-new standard king room. A great selection of facilities such as: quiet efficient air-conditioning, a balcony, and a lounge area. Tranquil location of the hotel to different sights in town.  

I ate at a very nice restaurant for dinner. A TV area, a fireplace, and an ornate ceiling were provided for a thoroughly enjoyable stay on a business trip.

I truly enjoyed the breakfast served at the courtyard. The hotel was in the central setting to the centre in 25 minutes.

The staff were busy, didn't expect that coming.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible hotel with amazing service and a fantastic location. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The hotel itself, a beautifully restored old palace, was a sight to behold. The attention to detail 

The hotel is a recent renovation of a traditional Portuguese house. The original features and the interior decor are wonderful with great attention to detail. The weather wasn't good enough to enjoy the outdoor terraces and
